Master Resell Rights (MRR)

Some of our digital products come with Master Resell Rights (MRR). This licence allows the purchaser to resell the product to other customers. Key features of MRR include:

  • Resale: You are permitted to sell the product as is to other customers.
  • Distribution: You may distribute the product multiple times after purchase. However, the extent of this distribution depends on the specific terms stated in the MRR licence.
  • Modification: You are allowed to modify or alter the product before resale, according to the specific terms of the licence.

Private Label Rights (PLR)

Products with Private Label Rights (PLR) offer considerable flexibility. These rights enable you to:

  • Edit and Modify: You can alter, add to, or edit the content of the product.
  • Claim Authorship: You may put your name as the author of the product.
  • Control Over Pricing: You decide the pricing of the product when reselling it.

Please note that PLR does not automatically include the right to resell the product to others who can then resell it again (as with MRR). Specific terms will be stated in the licence agreement.

Standard Licence

For digital products without MRR or PLR, a Standard Licence is typically in place. This type of licence allows you to use the product for your own personal or business purposes and includes the following:

  • Personal Use: The product is for your use only. You cannot sell or distribute the product in any form.
  • Modification: You are allowed to modify or alter the product for your personal use.
  • Non-transferable: This licence does not permit you to transfer the product to another person or entity.
